Let’s get to know you. Once we know you are interested in partnering with us, we will send you an intake form that helps us learn about your company and what you’re looking for. It gives us some general information to start designing your customized Mindful Wellness Program.

CONSULTATION

Let’s talk specifics, and review your customized Mindful Wellness Program. We’ll schedule a virtual meeting and dial in the details for your sessions, including location, type of session, number of sessions, date and time, and options for on-going support.

PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

Let’s shake hands. Once we have developed your customized Mindful Wellness Program, we will send you all the details in our Partnership Agreement. This is for both of us to sign prior to your sessions.

PROMOTION & SIGN-UP

Let’s make it easy. In addition to our Partnership Agreement, we will also send you a digital promotion kit, including a flyer, an announcement email, and a reminder email, all including a link for team members to sign up for sessions.

ON-SIGHT SESSIONS

Let’s do this. On the day of your sessions, we will arrive one hour prior to the first session. The only thing required of you today is leading us to our setup location. We will transform your space with our mobile studio, and begin welcoming your team at our scheduled start time. Team members drop in at their selected session time. When we are done, we will pack up and be on our way no more than one hour after the last session finishes.

ON-GOING SUPPORT

Let’s keep it up. The Mindful Wellness Program offers on-going support for your corporate mindfulness initiatives. We develop customized plans, tailored to support the culture you are creating.

ONE-TIME PARTNERSHIP

An ideal way to introduce mindfulness in the workplace. Our one time partnership is a great option for your next team building or wellness event. Includes mobile studio setup for 10-30 people, and one 30-minute session.

MID-TERM PARTNERSHIP

Our mid-term partnership includes 12 appointments over 6 months. Offering bi-monthly sessions over two quarters is a great option for companies establishing a culture of well-being. Includes mobile studio setup for up to 30, and up to three 30-minute sessions per appointment.

SHORT-TERM PARTNERSHIP

Our short-term partnership includes 6 appointments over 3 months. Offering bi-monthly sessions over one quarter is the perfect way to experience the benefits of consistency. Includes mobile studio setup for up to 30, and up to three 30-minute sessions per appointment.

LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP

Our long-term partnership includes 24 appointments over 12 months. This is ideal for companies who prioritize a culture of well-being, and want to support their team, and company long-term. Includes mobile studio setup for up to 30, and up to three 30-minute sessions per appointment.

  • The Mindful Wellness Program is customized to your company, as such, pricing varies. However, we have designed our baseline partnerships as starting points. Check out our pricing page for more information.

  • Our baseline partnerships are designed with 30-minute sessions, however The Mindful Wellness Program is tailored to the needs of your company, so sessions may be as short as 15 minutes or as long as 60 minutes.

  • After we design your Mindful Wellness Program, we will send you a Digital Promotion Kit. Once a session is full, team members will no longer be able to register for that specific time slot.
